Some 2010 mail about our operations:
Hello Brad and Karen,
I just wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you for a wonderful moose hunt
on Seseganaga. You run a great operation. All the equipment worked
great. The country is second to none. Your advice on how and where
to find the moose was right on. I know that my Dad is all set to come
back next year, and I definitely want to give it another try in the future.
Thanks again.
Jeff
Thanks
Brad for the awesome trip as always!
Jared
I want to thank you again for the friendship, excellent service, and outstanding facilities you provide. The trip to Seseganaga was one of the most memorable family vacations our family has experienced. We knew our daughters two sportsmen husbands would love the beauty and tranquility the Canadian wilderness had to offer but was not sure about our son's significant other. She was a trooper and I believe the trip has sparked an interest in her that will remain and grow for a life time. The midnight visit by the animal of the woods added to the memories and stories being told. Thanks again for providing the outstanding facilities and services in God's land of beauty. The trips memories are forever with us and our family will be back! Give our best to Joe and Colette. They add such a nice tough.

Brad / Karen,

Hello Brad and Karen.
I would just like to thank you and your wife for the wonderful trip and opportunity to spend time at Seseganaga Lake.
This was my first trip to Seseganaga and what an experience. My son will never forget this trip and the fun he had there. Hundreds of Walleye were caught and glad to say released back into the lake. Caught my share of Northern Pike as well which were also released back into the lake. I would like to also thank Joe for the wonderful company and guidance while out there, I would recommend taking all the great advice he has to offer what a guide. I look forward to booking another trip to this wonderful lake and cannot wait to see you all again.
Thank you very much for all your kindness and effort it takes to put something like this together.

Hi Brad, Karen
Thanks again for a great trip! Here is the Walleye recipe I mentioned to you. It is excellent.
See you next year.

hello brad and karen -
i must tell you that i have always liked the blog and get on it to keep up all the time.
in some respects i think a trip up north seems a little like a
"fraternity" to most of us that go there...i truly dont think most
people realize what coming up there. ... is about a week away from the world,
the comraderie, the friends, and of course the labatts...i am sure you have had
COUNTLESS people who come along as a "newbies" on a trip, thinking
there is no way they could ever fish for 8 or 10 hours in a boat for a week, and
then come home telling their family how great a vacation they had. that
doesnt mean they are "hooked", no pun intended, for life to come
back, but i am writing here to challenge about anyone to tell you they came,
they spent a week there, hated it, and wont come back - NO WAY!
so i guess i am writing to tell you both what a great job you do and how many
"seeds" you plant for great memories for some of us...i truly wish
sooo many of my friends could experience that one week just once that i have
experienced maybe now about 15 times at the old age of 44. as this age of
technology expands it is even NEATER to just chuck it all for a week of our
lives.

Hi Karen,
I just wanted to tell you and Brad thanks for doing such a wonderful job to accommodate us fisherman each and every year. I know how many hours that you guys put into your camps, and in the rush of getting back and on the road, I'm sure that many of us fail to give you the proper thanks. Its amazing what you have been able to do so far up in the Canadian wilderness.
Once again, thanks for giving us fisherman a truely outstanding week of fishing.
Sincerely,
Lynn F, C.P.A.
Brad,
This week was quite possibly the best of the 25 we've had. Five minutes into the trip we started with a doubleheader (both 20+" Walleye), and later that evening I caught the same 36" Northern (on ultralight gear) twice in about 15 minutes - seemed just as fierce the second time around! Two of the days we fished ourselves out of minnows.
We appreciate the continual upkeep of the facilities. Ted was more than happy to break in the new stove.
Here are some shots of Dan`s 54 Northeye (40`` Northern / 14 Walleye). While we managed to get both into the bass net, the minnow was lost in the battle.
Can`t wait for next year,
Bill
Brad,
Not sure if Dad or Phil sent these yet... the big walleye was 27 1/2 " and the northern was 37" (caught on a jig)... both were released back, obviously!
Thanks again for a great trip... be sure Phil sends you some of Emily`s fish she caught!
Looking forward to next year already!
Sincerely,
Andy
Brad,
Wednesday evening at Flindt at about 6:00 pm, I got into a bunch of walleyes that included countless fish over 17 inches (not to mention a few less than 10 inches), and a 27`` and 28 1/2`` fish caught about 15 minutes and 10 feet apart. Best two hours of fishing of my life. Thanks again.

Well thanks for a awesome trip as usual ! I'd say it was the trip of a lifetime , but seem to say that pretty regular about our trips to Irene Lake . Wow 25 walleye over 28 in and 3 pike 43 in . Book May 27 - June 3 in Irene #1 please and look forward to another trip of a lifetime . Hope that we have to contact you and take both cabins is the goal. Mike and Darla
Hey,
Just wanted to pass along a picture of the 45" Northern I caught in July
on Lake Metionga. We had a great week of fishing in spite of the cold and rainy
weather. Another guy from our group had a 40 inch class fish up to the boat and
lost it, and we caught numerous fish around 30 inches. Also the walleye fishing
was great throughout the week. Thanks for the great time, and I cant wait to try
and make it up there again!
Sincerely,
Matt Z
Thanks to you and Brad for maintaining the blog. It definitely makes the 350 or so days a year that I'm not in your beautiful neck of the woods slightly more bearable. And the pictures in your blog are amazing!

Hello Brad and Karen
Our trip into Metionga this year was again exceptional. Your hospitality and friendship are deeply appreciated by our annual fly in gang. This as you know was our 6th annual visit to one of your outposts and we are looking forward to our 7th annual trip to Metionga Lake next July. Stan, Evan, Irwin, Doug, Rob and Alan
Brad and Karen,
Thanks
again for another spectacular late season vacation. You guys are very
accommodating in all aspects of making sure we had a great fishing experience.
Randy was a great guide on the trip to Metionga. First time we have seen a bear
and a moose on the same flight.
Thanks much MS
Hi Brad and Karen!!
I TRULY admire your business
and how BOTH of you have nurtured it over all these years. You really do get to
feel like friends and family over time and that’s really neat.
I appreciate what a week up there really means to me. It used to be about fish, but those thoughts are long gone by now. Nowadays it is all about not hearing a cell go off, no texts, and, did I say it?? ...no kids or family for a week. Yes, many many great memories up at all the lakes, for sure. My guess is I have probably been thru Ignace abo
