Another great trip

“Good afternoon Brad.

I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed this past week at your Sesaganaga outpost.  As always this lake produces big numbers and big fish.  One goal I have for every trip is to catch a 20+lb Northern and I am happy to report again this year I achieved my goal (although in the more.

More Seseganaga Lake fishing reports

Phil and Andy sent the following note.

“We caught several 25” walleyes this year.  Not extreme monsters but always a nice tussle on the end of your line.”

Having the odd large northern latch on to your line makes a good fight too.  I think their smiles say it all.  They spent a week on more.

Seseganaga Trout Fishing report

Atlanta is a long way from Seseganaga Lake but as Phil reports from his annual trip, these lakers are worth the travel.

“Here is the second Laker I caught.  It is a twin of the first…about a half inch difference.  ~ 33” each.  I caught them both inside of 10 minutes of each other on our more.

Joe is ready

Joe, our camp attendant at Seseganaga, gets to fish now and then himself.  Fresh walleye for supper is a nice perk of the job.  Once he gets his work done for the day nothing beats a little R&R on the lake.

He is not lonely in the bush but he would still like to have you visit.

Seseganaga Lake with more.

The Wood party came to Seseganaga Lake in June on a first time fly in trip all the way from Florida.

The group experienced some of our best weather and best fishing.  No doubt they’ll be back again.

“Hey Brad,

First of all, wanted you to know my family had a great time at your outpost last week!  I more.

Jim Aslaksen Northern

Seseganaga Lake seems to consistently turn out some nice northern pike. Jim Aslaksen can attest to that. First week of June is a regular slot for the Heston Party and with fish like this it is easy to see why their booking is held year after year.

“Jim Aslaksen enjoyed a half hour landing this Northern. Had more.

Seseganaga trout

Seseganaga Lake never lets us down.  Walleye, northern and lake trout make this a fisherman’s delight.

Mike Margitan Lake Trout

It may have been cooler than normal temps but the trout were hitting with gusto last week.

I appreciate getting photos and comments from our guests after they return home.  It makes blogging a lot easier when I have more.

Spring time keeps us busy getting camps open and equipment moved but regular jobs also get done.

The cabin at West Bay on Seseganaga Lake now has a new deck.

Even though fishing is the reason most guys head to Seseganaga, one of the best conservation techniques we have developed on our lakes is the construction more.
