Reel Simple Baked Walleye

If you are tired of heavy oily deep fried walleye, try this simple baked walleye.

Ingredients

4 walleye fillets 6 – 8 tablespoons of butter 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/3 cup of fresh mushrooms 2 – 3 tablespoons finely chopped onions.

When describing our business, there’s often confusion about the ‘fly’ part. We have seaplanes to ferry anglers to remote outpost cabins thus fly in. Dehavilland named its aircraft wisely after animals. The DHC-3 is known as the Otter. Our Otter aircraft is devoted to putting fishermen and fish together. Flying in to some of Ontario’s best fishing is what this aircraft was designed to do.
