Otter vs Beaver vs Turkey

I don’t know all the Christmas Traditions across our countries, but in our house Christmas Turkey Dinner is rather tradtional.  We will usually cook the turkey on Christmas Eve.  I know many folks will put it off until Christmas Day or even Boxing Day.  Boxing Day in Canada is also a holiday and is the day after Christmas.
